The
Academy of Ancient Music was formed in 1973 by Christopher
Hogwood, taking its name from one of the leading
concert-giving organisations in eighteenth-century
London. It was among the first ensembles to specialise
in the performance of baroque music on period instruments.

This
site contains all published fragments of Ancient Greek

Consider
the distance between two pitches, one with twice the
frequency of the other. If you subdivide this into
twelve equal intervals, you get the well-tempered
